Applied Mindfulness

Instead of trying to resist or suppress the energy, impulsiveness, hyper-activity, hyper-focus and other qualities of ADHD I’ve been able to align these special qualities in things that are beneficial to me through applied mindfulness.

Mindfulness has been a great tool in helping use my ADHD traits in productive ways.  Mindfulness makes very technique and strategy more effective.

It is a matter of finding out the things to get my ADHD to cooperate and get aligned.  These things are passion, interest and challenge.

I’ve been able to own my ADHD instead of my ADHD owning me.
